Edwin and I are so thankful that we chose your company to re-floor our kitchen, foyer, and hallways. The new flooring is beautiful and it perfectly enhances the English style of our house and furnishings. I am enjoying the dark wood tone colors and I love the flow of having all of the connecting doorways being the same. With your help and expertise in flooring, we made a great choice for our home, pocketbook, and ease in future care.

We have already received many compliments and inquiries concerning the flooring product and provider. Over the past three days we have had four different families visit us and all four could not believe the floor was not a hardwood floor. Each family admired the workmanship displayed in the installation. Without hesitation we have recommended your company to all our friends and family who have admired our floors.

I need to document in writing the following information:

It has been a long time since I have experienced the joy of workman of the caliber of the three men who installed our flooring.
They were respectful of being in our home. They were respectful of our property.
They were respectful of the time involved in installation and worked without stopping to finish the job timely.
They knew their job, they have established their own level of measurement to achieve perfection and did they ever work hard to do a perfect job of installing the flooring, molding, and rebinding the existing carpet.
I saw each man take up and redo various tasks that did not look right to them.
They expertly and efficiently cleaned up each area of the floor after removal of the old flooring and after installation of the new flooring.

We believe we purchased a wonderful flooring product, dealt with experts in flooring as we made choices in flooring and received perfection in installation. We are indeed a satisfied customer.

My husband said, “I am so proud of those three men and the caliber of work ethics they have established for themselves.” He said, “I would like to know these three men as friends because of the way they conduct themselves.” These men’s actions speak volumes about them as individuals. Edwin is a retired USMC Sergeant and perfection is the only level he has ever used as a measurement.

Those three workmen did not need anyone to tell them how to do any part of their job. Your installers workmanship was excellent and their manners extraordinary in today’s world. These three men represent your company in a terrific, positive manner. Their behavior and expertise are truly the best source of advertisement you could possible make a decision to pay for. The flooring product may be lovely and the price may be fantastic but if the floor is not properly installed it is a daily, constant reminder of a bad financial decision that needs to be redone.

We are appreciative of our new flooring, of the positive feelings we have from dealing with your company and thankful beyond mere words for the three workmen who installed it.
