Dear Steve,

We have beautiful floors! From our first conversation with you to the last swish of the broom when the guys cleaned up the final time, this has been a terrific experience for us, and we are over-the-moon happy with our project. Here’s why.

You really impressed us with your attention to detail in the planning process. We thank you for suggesting that we choose a darker color than the original hardwood that we were keeping iin the entry and dining room. We would have made a mistake by trying to match the floor, which would have been impossible and would have looked like a big eyesore. We hadn’t thought about that, and you were right.`We also appreciate you for thinking about putting the darker quarter-round at the fireplace. It definitely looks better than the white would have, and it really almost disappears. Most of all, we appreciate you for giving us what we consider a good and fair price for this project. We had a couple of quotes that were substantially more but that provided a far less complete service.

And speaking of service, you couldn’t have a better advertisement for Carpet Depot than Tico, Edar, Chris, and Rafael. We were home for the two days that the guys were here, and we had a chance to watch them work. We sincerely believe that it would be impossible to find a better group than these four. They are superior craftsmen and they work together very well. We appreciate them for the respect they showed for our home and for their precision in making sure that the floors were laid properly. And they cleaned as they went along so that the dust and all the mess was kept to a minimum. It’s obvious that Tico, Edgar, Chris, and Rafael are proud of the work they do, and their skills really shine. They are a great group of men, and we really enjoyed having them in our home. Please pass along our heart-felt respect and gratitude to them all.

Oh, and one last thing. Your after-the-job customer service is amazing! Vince found a couple of spots that needed a little bit of TLC, and Tico was here and gone within two hours of the call to your office.
